About Me

I combine hands-on technical work with an operational mindset: understand the business need, make the solution supportable, document it and keep improving it.

From support to IT leadership

I started as an IT summer student in July 2025. Early on, I noticed gaps in how requests, access, devices and employee transitions were handled. I raised those concerns and began building more structured ways for people to request IT help and resources.

As the organization grew through acquisitions and new offices, my responsibilities expanded into Microsoft 365 and file migrations, Windows Server, Active Directory, network connectivity, security practices, vendor coordination and project delivery. I was promoted to IT Lead in May 2026.

Today, I help manage IT services for approximately 16 offices and remote employees, working with a team of three including me.

How I work

  • Business-first: start with the operational problem, not just the product.
  • Own the outcome: coordinate the people, vendors and technical steps needed to get work done.
  • Improve the process: replace ad-hoc work with repeatable workflows and clear access controls.
  • Stay hands-on: work directly with systems, users, networks and infrastructure.
  • Keep learning: build on formal education, certifications and real-world delivery.
